Backtrack button self-labels in three states and arms red (D138): Backtrack -> Select Genome for Backtrack -> Generate from G###_S###; cancel on no-selection, auto-disarm on scene leave and Reset; Next Generation greyed while armed.

F030 Validate Scripts (adopted): shared assertion library gaad_assert.py (storage checks proven in-sandbox against broken data), headless gaad_smoke_test.py, and the watchable modal runner - 24 steps covering every operator including views, labels, report and Present Stage; report file with timestamp, script inventory, per-step timing and slowest-three.
Demo Run button: the performing sibling of Validate Scripts - First Gen, 8/6/4 breeds across three strings with two mid-string Backtracks, roaming champion, Navigator reveal, Bauhaus beauty shot; deterministic for retakes; Pause/Step for narration.
Proving-run catches: T019 stale lineage datablocks (.001 names; checks and gold-by-stamps made tolerant, platform sweep open) and T020 Navigator Report wrote nothing on flat-scheme data (fixed in gaad_tree_report_v0_9 with spine-walk discovery, proven in-sandbox).
GALF Architectural Language Contract agreed by all three seats and stewarded as Spec/GAAD_GALF_v0_04 (D140, D142): 16 sections with requirement levels, two-axis language status, typed relationship triples, mandatory status vocabulary, stage-file language fields (open platform obligation), F030 as validation layer 3, version-continuity rule.
Languages/ folder (D143): PRAL v0.001 (first-ever file, platform-active, slab deprecated, first language to meet layer 3), GRAL v0.021 (first language on the contract, D141; terminology linkage fixed, hierarchy completed), MHAL v0.003 (three hierarchy contradictions reconciled, typed triples).
