A day on the website rather than the bench. Five publishes went out, 1_057 to
1_061, each proving the regeneration faithful by leaving every other page
byte-identical. The record surface was finished, the site was made findable,
two search faults were fixed at the root, forward compatibility was ruled, and
Episode 6 went live.
The six per-type record pages, decisions, pivotal moments, features, quotes,
terminology and releases, became hash-preserving redirects to the Records Hub,
which finishes D201. Every deep link still resolves; the homepage's six stat
cards now point into the Hub with a type filter, landing where a graph dot
already lands. The redirects are written by a new generator,
build_record_redirects.py, that runs after the records sync so a resync cannot
put the timelines back, and gaad_web_check went to v0.6 to guard them: the six
are exempt from the byte-for-byte parity check and a new CHECK 1b proves each
is a real, noindexed, hash-preserving redirect instead, which is the stricter
test and the one that catches a sync overwriting them.
The Diary gained two counters above its day index, TOTAL DEV DAYS and TOTAL
RECORDS, both read from the record JSON at build time so they cannot disagree
with the homepage. Where an entry's opening sentence becomes its title, the
continuation now resumes in lower case behind the ellipsis, because it is
mid-sentence.
LinkedIn had been previewing the diary as an Episode. The cause was in the
file, not a guess: diary.html lifts its head from episodes.html, so all of its
Open Graph and Twitter tags were the Episodes ones, the title, the description
and the EP5 team diagram as the image. The generator now restamps the
diary-specific tags after the lift.
A brand share card was made, the GAAD wordmark on Midnight Black, and set as
the social image for the homepage, architecture, team and glasshouse; about
and diary keep the thesis-table card. The wordmark uses the real brand face,
Space Grotesk with the two gold deltas as the A's, after a first cut wrongly
used a serif. The rule under the wordmark was rebuilt to match the site hero,
a white bar with a gold node at its centre trimmed to the wordmark width, and
the strapline set to the same width, then the whole lockup centred so the
black is balanced top and bottom. The card is filed in Brand beside the
wordmark masters.
Every page now carries a complete set of Open Graph and Twitter tags, a
JSON-LD structured-data block and a real meta description. The four generated
pages emit their tags at source; the three hand-maintained pages, index,
architecture and episodes, are stamped by a new discoverability_pass.py that
runs last and is idempotent, guarded by a new CHECK 7 that re-runs it in a
temporary tree and fails if it is not.
The Diary page navigation lit Episodes gold rather than Diary, the same root
cause as the share tags, the nav lifted whole from episodes.html with its
active marker never moved; the generator now moves the gold to Diary. All
seven pages were audited and each lights its own item.
Google Search Console showed superseded language versions indexed, GRAL
v0_021 and v0_022 both. Seven old language files sat on the server with no
inbound link, each shadowed by a current version. A new generator,
build_language_redirects.py, writes each as a noindex, hash-preserving
redirect to its current version so search consolidates on the live page; it
never touches a current version, and the true old content stays in the
Superseded folders. gaad_web_check gained CHECK 1c to guard them.
A0028 was ruled and filed as D214. One schema is supported, the current one; a
reader accepts a genome only when the schema version matches its own and
refuses any other value, higher or lower, because there is one user and no old
readers. New vocabulary is a schema bump and both hosts move together. Refusal
is loud and never a dead end: the reader shows the schema it supports, the
schema the genome carries, the unknown token, that the form was not built, and
how to resolve it, and it records the refusal on its own side without ever
writing to the incoming file. This unblocks the bench: the DOT module and the
waisted phyllotactic species now proceed as schema bumps. The genome format
spec moved to v0.011.
Episode 6, How ready is a language?, went live. It sets out the readiness
ladder, T1 to T7, against NASA's Technology Readiness Level scale, with the
current standing of all seven architectural languages read from the language
files: PRAL and TWAL live at T7, AFAL, ARAL and MHAL at T4, GRAL and FWAL at
T3. The readiness ladder is shown as a table mapping each rung to its NASA
level and name. The episode hashtag lines were restyled across the series to a
quiet grey in the body font, the inter-episode spacing was tightened, and a
duplicated opening sentence in Episode 4 was removed.
Website publishes 1_057 through 1_061 were cut and verified from their own
extractions. Records filed: D214 forward compatibility; T036 the cached Hub,
where a correct publish can still read stale because the browser holds the
1.6 MB Hub that every dot and card points into; T037 the superseded language
files indexed as orphans; and the five website releases 1_057 to 1_061. A0028
was marked done by D214.

A0028 came off the list today, ruled as D214, which unblocks the bench. A0023
stands, though the episode it names, AFAL and the singularity, is not the
episode that shipped: Episode 6 became the readiness ladder, so the AFAL and
singularity subject is still unwritten.
